MenaSmart Lens is an urban-maturity benchmarking studio for GCC and MENA municipalities. It scores a city across five standards-aligned dimensions, resolves an ITU-T-style maturity level, and generates stakeholder-ready advisories — with assessments kept under your control in local or cloud mode.
The studio runs in one of two modes. The status banner (top-right) always states which.
No cloud configured. Data is written only to this browser — zero external transmission. The sovereign, offline-safe choice for residency-sensitive client data. No login required.
Supabase-backed, protected by real login and per-user row-level security for multi-device access. This project's region is ap-south-1 (Mumbai, IN) — not a GCC-sovereign region. Use Local mode for residency-sensitive data.
Each spoke is one measure, grouped into its pillar; the length is its score, so unfilled space shows exactly where the city is hollow.

These cities are carried into the report as a peer comparison section — including this radar — via Generate report below.
Produces the full assessment report — cover, executive summary, dimension scorecard, radar, measure heatmap, prioritised recommendations and the measure appendix. Any cities ticked under City comparison above are included as a peer-comparison section with their own radar.
Your assessments are private. Use ⇧ Submit to send one to the admin for review; once the admin approves it (☆→★) it joins the shared Repository that all signed-in users can see.

Users Submit their assessments for review here. Approve one to publish it to the shared Repository that every signed-in user can see; Decline to send it back. You can also remove or delete any record. (These same actions are available per-row in the Portfolio tab.)
Set how much each pillar counts toward the overall score. Equal weights (1) give a simple average; raise a pillar to make it matter more.
Add or remove the measures scored in each pillar, and cite the standard or clause each measure comes from (e.g. ISO 37122 §23.4). Changes update everyone's assessment form and reports. Existing saved assessments keep their scores; a removed measure's old score is simply ignored.
